If a TFT Dash unit is available and has been assembled & tested, it will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving the order. Delivery service used is Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (before 1pm) if ordered from Mainland UK. A Tracking Number will be provided once your TFT Dash unit has been dispatched.
If you've ordered from outside Mainland UK, the delivery service used will be Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
If a TFT Dash unit is not immediately available for dispatch, the order & assembly process will be started. This involves ordering the parts required to assemble a TFT Dash unit from relevant suppliers & assembling the unit. Once the unit has been assembled it will undergo a variety of tests before dispatch. This process usually takes between 7-10 days.
At each stage of the order & assembly process you will be notified by email when your order status has been updated. Once the unit has been assembled & tested it will be dispatched using the delivery services mentioned above.
You can cancel an order providing the unit has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number which you will have been sent via email.
In the unlikely event that you've received a TFT Dash unit and it either does not work as expected or has been damaged during transit, please send an email to email@example.com and you will be able to the return the TFT Dash unit and a replacement sent out to you. Please note that the time taken for a replacement depends on availability of units, and may involve starting the order & assembly process if units are not immediately available for dispatch.
A 12 month warranty is supplied with each unit sold. In the unlikely event your TFT Dash unit becomes faulty during this period you will be able to return the unit for diagnostics and repair. This process will take around 10-12 days and the time this will take is subject to the availability of required parts. The only cost to you within the warranty period will be the postage cost of returning the item, however any parts needed for repair will not be charged during the warranty period.
If you've had your TFT Dash unit for longer than 12 months and it becomes faulty after this time, you will still be able to return the unit for diagnostics & repair, however you will pay for the parts required for replacement. The cost can vary depending on parts required however you will be notified once the diagnostics have been completed. The diagnostic and repair service is free of charge, you just pay for parts & postage costs.
Under no circumstances can the TFT Dash Project be held liable for any damage or injury to yourself or your motorcycle. By placing an order you agree that you take full responsibility of the risks involved in installing this TFT Dash on your motorcycle and you agree you are solely responsible for your safety. The TFT Dash Project recommends NEVER to operate the TFT Dash whilst riding your motorcycle, and if you choose to do so then you accept full responsibility of the risks involved in doing so.
Under no circumstances can the TFT Dash Project be held liable for any damage or injury to yourself or your motorcycle due to improper installation or care taken during installation of the TFT Dash unit on your motorcycle.
If you feel that the TFT Dash may cause you to become distracted whilst riding your motorcycle thereby compromising your safety, it is your responsibility to assess the risks involved BEFORE installation. Under no circumstances can the TFT Dash Project be held liable for any damage or injury to yourself or your motorcycle as a result of becoming distracted by the TFT Dash unit. By placing an order and installing the TFT Dash on your motorcycle you accept full responsibility for any health and safety risks that may ensue.
